EOTAC Warranty
EOTAC's products are of superior quality and come with a full warranty to the original owner. If our garment or accessory ever fails due to a material or manufacturing defect, even after extended use, we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over time and use. Damage not covered under warranty will be repaired or replaced for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.

Please include a letter with your name, address and best phone number to reach you as well as a description of the problem you are having. Please mark the area(s) on the product using masking tape or a rubber band so that we can find them easily and make sure that your note describes the location.
Garments being returned under warranty must be cleaned prior to sending to us. Soiled garments will be returned to the customer unprocessed.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide us with a return shipping address and to pay for the cost of shipping items to EOTAC. EOTAC will pay the return shipping costs for processed items. All warranty items are shipped via UPS ground.
