Tactical Assault Gear Mayhem Armor carrier is a patent pending design. The carrier is a releasable design allowing the user to cut away the carrier in any emergency situation. This design also allows medical personnel to quickly remove the carrier without having to cut it off the wearer. To release the carrier simply pull the handle in any direction. The Mayhem will cut away from both shoulders as well as the back. The pull handle is located in the center of the neck line. The Mayhem shoulders and upper torso sections are covered in a rubberized nylon providing a non-slip surface for rifle stocks, pack straps and slings.
The Mayhem Armor Carrier is made to fit the SPEAR/BALCS cut soft armor as well as ballistic plates sizes small thru large long. The carrier has internal pockets to hold 6”x6” side plates. The Mayhem will accept throat, neck, groin, and deltoid armor as well.
There are two (2) versions available Front Opening with the wrap around cumberbund and a Side Opening version with no external cumberbund.
